Unibail-Rodamco acuerda vender cinco centros comerciales holandeses a Wereldhave

Unibail-Rodamco anuncia que, como parte de su estrategia de concentración en grandes centros comerciales, ha acordado con Wereldhave la venta de cinco centros comerciales holandeses por un total de E 235 Mn, obteniendo una ganancia de capital relativa al valor en libros de estos activos al 31 de diciembre de 2009. El portfolio consiste en Eggert Shopping Center en Purmerend, De Koperwiek en Capelle aan de IJssel, De Roselaar en Roosendaal, WoenselXL en Eindhoven y Overvecht en Utrecht por un total de superficie bruta alquilable aproximada de 60,000 m². The closing of the transaction is expected to occur in March 2010. The sale of Overvecht, Utrecht is conditional because of a right of first refusal of a third party.
